BoltSprout operates as the dedicated China Technology and Procurement Office for TSR Imports (USA). We are a specialized duo combining deep mechanical engineering expertise with seamless international business communication.

After 15 years as a Quality Control Engineer on China’s heavy manufacturing floors, I’ve seen where factories cut corners and where Western EPCs lose millions due to traditional “agents” who can’t read structural CAD drawings.

The Insight

Before founding BoltSprout, I spent 15 years as a Quality Control Engineer in China’s heavy manufacturing sector. I’ve seen it all. I know exactly where factories are tempted to cut corners—from substituting inferior steel grades to rushing weld cooling times. More importantly, I watched Western EPCs and contractors lose millions because their traditional “sourcing agents” couldn’t read a structural CAD drawing or understand the critical difference between ASTM and GB standards.
